Many enterprises have grown organically without an exit strategy or succession plan. I work with enterprises to identify core strengths and core assets to develop and redefine, if necessary, the current business model to present a compelling proposition when the time comes to exit. In some instances this involves brand extensions and/or acquisitions. The identification of key factors sought by prospective buyers is also established. Additionally an analysis would be undertaken of any current digital strategy and flag opportunities. The aim, to cost effectively establish, grow or strengthen the digital offering to increase equity and upside for the overall stable of product.
