The basis of my consultancy involves the process of evaluating assets offered for sale and the methodology of presentation. An Information Memorandum, in most instances, will be established to present all the elements required for evaluation and the move to due diligence.
If a company sale the process will look at the complexity in taking the company to the market. The Information Memorandum would attempt to clearly outline the various elements to proceed to a satisfactory and non time consuming due diligence.
Relevant Non Disclosure Authorities are used throughout the process.
For acquisitions the methodology , in consultation with the client, determines the market sector(s) of interest and develop a strategy to approach relevant titles and/or enterprises. The aim to initially establish an informal dialogue, in confidence, before a decision is made to move forward.
